Started my Real Estate career in Los Angeles, CA in 2002. Experienced with all aspects of real estate to include buyers, investors, and sellers. Have successfully assisted with negotiating, completing 1031's, and flipping homes for profit. Selling and buying single family residential, multi family apartment complex, and vacant land/farm is a few of different types of property I have helped my investor clients purchase throughout my real estate career. Having worked with Wells Fargo as a mortgage underwriter for 5 years, and with H&R block as a tax consultant for 4 years. Has made me very knowledgeable of all types of loans and documentation needed for credit/loan qualifications. I use my mortgage experience as a valued asset towards all my clients and customers to assist them through out the loan process.I have worked with all types of loan programs: FHA, conventional, commercial, owner finance, and hard money loans.
